“I wasn’t sure if I wanted to bring my 3-year-old here for her birthday outside of toddler time since I also have a 7- and 9-year-old—but I’m so glad I did! When I tell you my baby had a BLAST, I truly mean it. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Myra. She took her time explaining all my options and helped me choose the most cost-effective one. She was patient, kind, and all smiles the entire time. About 20 minutes in, we ordered food, and TJ (the cook that day) took care of us. She took my order, prepared the food, and even came to find me when there was a small issue—one wing had dropped. She let me know right away and offered to make another. We ended up working something out, and I really appreciated her honesty and communication. Later, when I went back for ranch, plates, and forks for the cake, TJ greeted me again with the same positive attitude. She happily helped me and even told me to come back if I needed anything else. That may seem small, but she was also cooking for a full crowd and never once showed frustration or attitude. Anyone who has worked in food service knows how easy it is to get overwhelmed, so I truly commend her. Overall, thank you all so much for making my baby’s 3rd birthday so special. Four hours later, she was asleep before we even got in the car—that says it all!”
