I went here on Sunday at noon with the family. There were only about 3 lanes being used when we got there, which was great. The shoes were well taken care, with mine looking outta box fresh. The venue was clean. The tunes were good and at a good volume, where a conversation could be had at a normal voice level. The waitress service was great and the food was good. I def recommend going it and suggest going early if you prefer a chill vibe, as opposed to crowded loudness.

β€œDefinitely a fun time, the bowling lanes are very efficient, modern and clean. Management ensures that each lane is cleaned up after each use. Had the chicken wings and fries, and it was pretty good. The place has a full bar you can order any type of drink. It’s about $16 per person to per game plus a one time fee for the shoes. It can add up but it’s a comfortable and safe environment to have fun.”

β€œI attended a private corporate holiday party here tonight, and while the venue itself is nice and well maintained, the staff behavior was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Right at the entrance, the security guard wanding guests was on his phone, didn’t greet anyone, and mumbled β€œTake everything out of your pockets.” When I asked if he meant just metal, he snapped and yelled, β€œI SAID EVERYTHING!” That was the first red flag. The front desk attendant was polite and directed us to the Lux Lounge, and once inside the space itself was great. The bartenders were friendly. Unfortunately, the girl with piercings who was replenishing the buffet was consistently rude and dismissive. Then came 9:15 PM and things went completely off the rails. Apparently we were β€œleaving too slowly,” because a manager stormed into the room and began screaming directly in guests’ faces. This was a corporate holiday event β€” no one was drunk, loud, or causing issues. The manager got within inches of people’s faces, yelling at them to leave and move into the lounge. He did this to every single guest in the room. At 9:18, while people were literally putting their coats on, he continued screaming. One woman calmly asked why he was yelling at the top of his lungs, and his response was: β€œBecause you people don’t know how to listen!” The buffet staffer then followed his lead, physically pushing people away from food that was still out while guests were filling their to-go boxes. No one said goodbye. No β€œthank you.” No professionalism. Nothing. This entire experience reeks of terrible management. A place can look nice, but when management treats paying guests like garbage β€” especially at a private corporate event β€” it speaks volumes. Based on how guests were spoken to and handled tonight, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this venue to anyone hosting an event.”
