We had such an amazing time at Lucky Strike in Mineola! My husband, our son, and I went for a family night out, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming. The lanes were clean and well-maintained, and everything ran smoothly. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Our son had the best time β€” he couldn’t stop smiling and laughing the entire night! It was so nice to unplug and just enjoy quality time together as a family. The whole experience felt like more than just bowling β€” it felt like a full night of entertainment. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to go back. If you’re looking for a fun family outing in Mineola, Lucky Strike is definitely the place to go!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with older kids who want a premium entertainment experience and have a generous budget. The arcade is a highlight, but expect to spend $80+ per person for bowling, food, and games. Consider going for arcade only to avoid the high bowling costs and potential service frustrations.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Budget $70-80+ per person for full experience with food and drinks
⏰Expect 30+ minute waits for bowling lanes during busy times
🎟️Consider Tuesday night deals for cheaper bowling rates
πŸš—Arcade is the most consistently praised activity

β€œnice time cool staff. a few issues for me as a bowling purist (i am not very good and also did not ask anyone to correct these issues ) but i did not like the very large television screens showing tv and therefore a great deal of financial services and diarrhea medicine advertisements, which i found distracting especially as the glare made it hard to see the arrows on the lane. also the deck was pretty greasy so it was tough to get a good run up to my toss. finally i understand many alleys are like this now but the pins are set on strings and i just dont feel its accurate, less explosion and whereas some where mostly knocked over it felt they con red as standing. either way nice time. tuesday night deal played 5 game for 19 bucks.”

β€œ12/25/25 I’ll say this β€” it was fun, but not $320 fun. For a party of 4 over about 3 hours, the breakdown was: Food & drinks: $161 Arcade games: $30 Bowling (2 games): $129 This was my first time here, and I do want to mention that Manager Tyrese was very nice and accommodating, which I appreciated. If I were to do it again, I’d skip the bowling. The wings were good, but the fries were greasy and overly salty, and the drinks tasted more like juice than cocktails. The arcade was the highlight for me β€” I had an amazing time and would absolutely do that again. The food was okay, nothing special for the price. Honestly, for that kind of money, I’d rather go to Dave & Buster’s or the Casino β€” at least there I know I might get something back in return. Overall, it was a fun experience once, but next time I’d just do the arcade and call it a day.”

β€œFun for the whole family of different ages. They have an arcade and a bowling alley. So while you wait for half an hour to grab a lane, you can play games. It takes hours to get your prizes. They won’t combine cards either. Just to get a glass of water took them about two hours. Drinks were terrible. Drinks were a cup of sugar with no alcohol, just food coloring.”
