“I wanted to share an absolutely amazing experience I had this past Saturday evening! My son, his dad and I came in for a fun arcade day. I had some Groupons ready to go, but I also had a few older ones that had expired. Groupon told me sometimes merchants could still honor the value, so I asked if it might be possible to use them. That's when Yewumi stepped in, and honestly, she was a total superstar! She really went the extra mile to help us out. It wasn't a straightforward fix right away, but she was so determined and tried multiple approaches until she found a way to make it work. Thanks to her perseverance, we had such a wonderful and memorable time. She truly made this a even better experience! It’s becoming increasingly rare to find such dedicated and resourceful customer service these days, and I genuinely can't express how much I appreciate her effort. As someone who works in retail management myself, I can confidently say that Yewumi possesses exactly the kind of problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude that makes an incredible employee.
