Upscale bowling alley with 8 lanes, arcade games, and sports bar in Wrigleyville. Great activities for families, but inconsistent service and staffing issues can impact the experience.

I wanted to share an absolutely amazing experience I had this past Saturday evening! My son, his dad and I came in for a fun arcade day. I had some Groupons ready to go, but I also had a few older ones that had expired. Groupon told me sometimes merchants could still honor the value, so I asked if it might be possible to use them. That's when Yewumi stepped in, and honestly, she was a total superstar! She really went the extra mile to help us out. It wasn't a straightforward fix right away, but she was so determined and tried multiple approaches until she found a way to make it work. Thanks to her perseverance, we had such a wonderful and memorable time. She truly made this a even better experience! It’s becoming increasingly rare to find such dedicated and resourceful customer service these days, and I genuinely can't express how much I appreciate her effort. As someone who works in retail management myself, I can confidently say that Yewumi possesses exactly the kind of problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude that makes an incredible employee. I'd hire her on my team in a heartbeat! Please pass on my sincerest thanks to Yewumi. She's a real gem!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

This venue has potential with bowling and arcade activities suitable for families with school-age children, but significant service issues make it unreliable. When staffed properly with excellent employees like those mentioned, families have great experiences, but frequent understaffing and equipment problems create frustration.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Make bowling reservations in advance as walk-ins may not get lanes
⏰Check arcade machines are working before purchasing game cards
🎟️Don't expect reliable table service - consider eating elsewhere
πŸš—Building residents get priority for bowling lanes

β€œi came in last week with the LA Fitness party. our server Leo was amazing! He went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and with how busy it was that night he did a stellar job. Our team would love to come back next year! A big thanks to the event host Vanessa and Ashton for also helping us out. 10/10 would recommend”

β€œCame here for a Wednesday date-night (11/5/25, 7pm), showed up spontaneously without a reservation. Checked in at the front desk, paid for their special (unlimited bowling, for 2). The first question I asked the cashier before heading to our lane, was β€œhow can I order food & drinks?” The cashier responded β€œI’ll send a server over to your lane & you can place orders with him”. Arrived to our lane & found 4 people still hanging out there, they’d finished bowling but were lounging & eating. They gathered up their belongings & left, but the table at the lane was still covered in their food (see photo). For the next 1.5 hours (7-8:30p), no server ever approached/spoke/contacted us. We were looking forward to trying the pizza, premium margarita pitcher & caramel apple lemonade; but since we never heard from any employees, not to mention the old food was never even cleared from the table (for 1.5 hours!), we decided to leave & get pizza from Happy Camper right around the corner. Not sure what attributed to the poor service, the venue certainly was not overwhelmed with customers. I would not recommend coming here, I can’t speak to any redeeming factors in their customer service during my visit; other than receiving a β€œbye, have a good night” from the front desk when we left. Unfortunate, since I live in the neighborhood. UPDATE (11/21/25): I provided the requested information to the email address the Owner posted in their reply to this review. Their response the next day stated β€œa company representative will be reaching out…allow up to 2 business days”, I’ve now waited 7 business days & have not received a reply in my inbox or junk folders.”

β€œwent on a sunday afternoon. this place is severely understaffed. we could not find any info on how to reserve lanes online, so we went in and all of the lanes were reserved for residents of the building it's in. sure, but you could put this online. decided to get a drink and try the arcade. the (very nice) bartender took our drink order and literally walked away for 15 min to run around the space trying to get someone's food. finished the drink and moved to the arcade. none of the 4 machines that you need to use to use to get a game card worked. i mentioned it to a an employee and they couldn't have cared less, understandably. decided to just leave. we went in to bowl amd play games and got 1 drink that was marginal. the space looks cool though, but highly doubtful we will ever be back.”
