Luv 2 Play San Jose - Best Kid's Indoor Playground and Party Place

“Had my kids birthday party here and they had a blast. Staff was very friendly and coordination was very well planned. Staff was able to accommodate some last minute changes and it was hassle free. Would highly recommend this place.”

“I went to Luv2play Saturday Jan 3. The floor was so dirty. Everywhere I looked there’s trash, paper pieces, food pieces, ketchup on floor. Disgusting. I been here over ten times prior, and never seen the place this dirty. I did notice some new staff/faces, as well as the big price hike - from $21.95 to $24.00. In the past, I saw staff cleaning all the time but this time I stayed a while and only saw them vacuumed briefly once. He didn’t even get the cracker pieces on the floor.”

“We recently hosted our child’s birthday party here and had a very disappointing experience. Before the party, we communicated with multiple staff members and were switched between contacts, which led to inconsistent information. We upgraded to the Classic package expecting a larger room and additional play time. However, the room we received appeared similar in size (if not smaller) to the BYO room, so the upgrade did not provide the added space we expected. They claim classic room can host 15 adults, but with 13 adults, several of our guests didn’t even have enough space to stand comfortably. Our party was on a Sunday from 5:30–6:30pm, and since the facility closes at 7pm, the kids only had about 30 minutes to play afterward. This limitation was not clearly communicated, and some of our little guests were disappointed. We also reached out afterward to try to resolve this, but our concerns were dismissed and the response we received was largely defensive. Overall, the experience did not match what we expected, and I would not recommend it.”

“I took my 2 yr old twins here yesterday. I only stayed an hour after witnessing and complaining about a man being very sexual and inappropriate with a little girl in the playground. I have no idea what the staff did about it because I just wanted to get my babies away from there.”
