βAbsolutely love love love this park! I work in the area and every single day on my lunch break I walk down to this park and take a walk. It is such a beautiful and nice park. Believe it or not being so close to Northern you can still truly enjoy and embrace the sounds and sights of nature. I absolutely love the geese here! Before I started coming here it was like I always knew there where geese here but after I started coming here everyday and watching them and there behavior I truly begun to love and appreciate them. There are loving kind beautiful birds that people could actually learn from. They take care of each other and communicate with all there different honks. They care for there young just like any human couple would and they mate for life. I absolutely love the regulars here that also come to this park. We say Hi all the time and all take a second to watch the geese, ducks, and of course the turtles!!! I could post a million pictures of this park but for now here are some of my favorites.β

βIt was rather cool weather (when I visited) in the mid-fall season. The small park is an idea place for reading or taking a short stroll. Several benches are in the area, no picnic tables. It is also a shorter-stay park with limited time parking along Shore Road.β

βNice size turf baseball field. Clean, well maintained dugouts, decent size parking, small kids playground. Restrooms just steps away. Soccer field adjacent to baseball field, too. Short walking path overlooking a creek, plenty of benches along the path.β
