Great gym, love it here!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families ready to commit to learning proper climbing technique β€” the belay lesson and gear rental package removes the barrier for complete beginners. Older kids and teens thrive here. Younger children benefit most from a supervised intro visit before independent exploration of the walls.

β€œThe place is cool. We were greeted kindly, and I was helped when I asked for help during the signing of the waiver and agreement. I think companies should consider separating waivers with marketing agreements. You can’t climb if you don’t agree to the fact that they provide your data to third party organizations (you can opt out later); it is 2026 people’s privacy is important and disagreeing to that should not be a reason to not allow someone to climb. Emory was nice but I believe she got flustered when I challenged (I guess) the fact that I prefer to not have third parties have my data. She didn’t really know what the waiver and agreement says which is fine for me even though I had questions, but it became clear to me from the rest of our interaction that she does not do well with being questioned. Perhaps she felt embarrassed but I was just asking her questions. Once she was done helping I turned to my mom and brothers and said β€œI don’t know why they don’t have that as separate from the waiver and rules”. She didn’t like that at all, she told me that I didnt have to be there and climb. So I told her that I believed that I am allowed to have feelings about something and share that with my group. Then she told me I was being rude. Which I will admit made me defensive, but I asked her what exactly did I do that was rude so I could understand. She refused to tell me and said β€œI accept your apology” I was not apologizing for something that was vague, I liked her customer service until she decided to embarrass me in what I can only imagine was to get back at me because she couldn’t answer questions I had. She even told me to take a breath, in other words after embarrassing me she told me to calm down. Not a very respectful woman from my experience. I guess she could learn to not let her ego get in the way, be understanding instead of rude and judgmental. A simple β€œI’m happy to get a manager for you” or β€œI can share that feedback with the team” would have been sufficient. But she decided to be combative. The stars are for the gym itself, and the gentleman who gave us a tour.”
