“This place has Perks and things they did decently and things they really need to work on to get this place rolling. They had a nice atmosphere. They had things to do and the place was cool and had some fun things in it. The food tasted decently but it came out quickly. It wasn’t hot when we got it but it was okay for bbq food. Wasn’t like I wanna come back and eat here all the time but it wasn’t terrible. The food was just plated and served. Nothing special. The service is the reason I’m writing this review. We got there with a party and they got a lane at 2:00pm because there weren’t any available at the time. Anyways we got there and we ordered food. They were understanding about ordering and they were cool. We were bowling for about 20 mins and we were having an amazing time. We got to our 4th round in the whole game. And they came over and said “ we have a reservation coming so you will have to end your game” mind you they never told us about having reservations we ordered r and we were shocked. They refused to give us a refund for it. We tried to compromise and they refused to even give us a coupon or a free ticket for a better time and or a better day. Anyways this establishment is a stupid waste of time and I think people should never spend there hard earned money on a dumb place like this with incompetent people”
