“The animals seem to be treated very well. Clean living areas. Huge and big space. You put the food ( you must buy what they have. Dangerous to bring your own) in bowls and the monkeys know how to lift the bowls with a string!!! The orangutan seems happy and well groomed Do NOT go to roadside lion or tiger parks. These are inhumane conditions. Parrot jungle used to be here 20 years ago. This place took in all the parrots!”

Overview
Monkey Jungle is a wildlife eco-park in southern Miami-Dade that has operated since 1935 in a preserved subtropical forest. The park's signature experience has guests walking through caged walkways as monkeys roam freely overhead. Primates — including orangutans — interact with trained guides during scheduled shows at three daily time slots. Visitors can feed monkeys using rope-suspended bowls the animals raise themselves.
