1 / 2My Kidzplay
π Alsip, IL
Massive 32,000 sq ft indoor playground featuring a three-story play structure, pretend city, and children's ninja course. Parents appreciate the spacious layout and toddler areas, though cleanliness concerns are frequently reported.
I came with two toddlers and it was a great spot to let them run without stressing the whole time. The toddler area was the best partβmy younger one could play safely while my older one explored nearby. The place was generally clean, and the staff was friendly and quick to answer questions. A couple parent-friendly wins: seating to supervise, a good layout to keep track of both kids, and enough variety that they didnβt get bored. Weβll definitely make this part of our rotation.
π Family Action Verdict
While this venue offers good space and toddler areas, the overwhelming consensus points to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues that make it difficult to recommend. Parents concerned about hygiene should consider alternatives, though those prioritizing space over cleanliness might still find value.

β3 stars only because of the front desk customer service staff. Tasha was her alias, however she was great getting us checked in. This facility needs to be updated! You are forced into purchasing the play socks even if you are not swinging or jumping into/on the dirty unsanitized ball/foam pits, and the floor tiles are still filthy. The party room was cold, dark, and cheaply thrown together with a partition separating the other party rooms. I attended a birthday party, Personally, I wouldn't have one here. The games looked as if they found them at an auction after K-Mart closed down. ReVamp this place or just close it down. Customer Service 3 stars, The actual facility, zero for me.β

βThis place is filthy. As soon as you walk in, you see the dirty floors, and experience THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They tell you have to take your shoes off on this dirty floor, refuse to open the gate entrance until you; however, they also refused booties to my brother to cover his shoes, who is a senior. There were booties to enter the bathroom, but shortly ran out. The bathroom was dirty and water everywhere on the floor. Wished I would have thought to take a picture. The partition between 2 party rooms was leaning, practically falling over. My sister stated that there was a sanitary napkin on the floor when she entered and there was no cheese for the nachos when she went to order them. And someone from our party group asked for a courtesy cup of ice-after spending a large monetary amount for the party, and she was denied. This place is run down, needs to be renovated, and cleaned. This was my first and only time visiting this place. I will NEVER GO BACK!β

βThe space is huge so thatβs a plus but the maintenance is disgraceful. I paid $14 since Groupon charges a discount the price for admission but you pretty much get what you pay for. Itβs filthy. For a place where shoes are not allowed, the floor mats and the jungle gyms are so dirty. Itβs unbelievable. Most of the play areas are either ripped, broken, or run down. The games are pricey too. After stepping foot inside, I canβt imagine the bathroom. If youβre concerned about the maintenance donβt come here. Bath your kids when you get home. Itβs a shame it has so much potential to be a great place. I bought 2 tickets from Groupon, but after I exhaust those entries, I wonβt be returning. These are just a few pictures I took. I followed my kid up the jungle gym. Itβs honestly bad lolβ
