We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's 8th birthday at Nerfies. The place was clean, staff were super friendly, and all accommodations were taken care of. The kids all had a great time at the bounce houses, nerf wars, and arcade area.we were in the main area and it wasn't crowded with lots of kids. Mostly just the 10 kids from our party. We were able to bring in our own food, cakes and drinks which was a huge help! They include plates napkins and plastic forks which is nice but they are the cheap ones which didn't really hold our large pieces of pizza's but it was one less thing I had to bring. I would prob bring my own plates and plastic utensils next time for more durability. All in all it was a great time and my son had a blast.

“I’m gunna be honest..after calling ahead, I wasn’t confident with what to expect walking in, but after maybe .5 seconds of confusion the staff got right on board with my (to them last minute) plan! They jumped on board helping me get everyone in my group waivers and paid for as quickly and easily as possible. They were right there to gather trash before we could even look up for a trashcan. I could tell they were genuinely trying their hardest to make it a great day for my son, I hadn’t even booked a “birthday party” we were just there for my son’s birthday because he wanted to spend the day there with his friends instead of a party, but when we were paying, they still asked “who’s the birthday boy?” And upgraded him for free! 20/10 customer service, and stellar employees, Thank you especially Stephan! 🙌🏼🫶🏼”
