“I tried to complain that one of the machines wasn’t calibrated right after I spent a lot of money, mind you I’ve been in this place several times, have a membership and I’ve never experienced the problem like this. The lady refused to give me a credit refund after 10 minutes of her trying the machine with her admin card. Then she tried to snatch the plushie she gave toward the end from my child because I told her they should still give me a credit for the faulty machine and she felt like it was one or the other. Ridiculous!”
