Amazing craft works using repurposed materials to create the animals of the ark. The creativity and hands-on experience is wonderful for children and adults!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children aged 2-10 who thrive on imaginative, hands-on play. The multi-layered design β€” climbing, storytelling, crafts, and music β€” keeps children engaged across a full visit. Toddlers enjoy the scale and textures; older children engage with the narrative and construction activities.

β€œThis was a fantastic place. From the time we arrived, there was excitement! Story-telling to engage the kids. All age-friendly. There were many games and stuff to climb upon. And it reminded me of a large jungle gym! With large nets to climb way up high! There's enormous and plenty of excitement, for the littleones to engage in... at the Noahs Ark, with the four hundred animals... all roaming happily, upon the large wooden Ark! So, watch your step, because, on the lower level, there's plenty of animal poop, to pick up afterwards! It's fun to engage and be helpful to cleanup! And remember, it's all in fun! Hey! Make-believe, is important to children, as well-as, to the inner child...in all of us! Highly recommend this place! And what made my day was everything! Including this one security, who went out of his way to welcome my husband and I, to the comic creation department! And that really made my day! He was exceptionally compassionate and kind. And Ill always remember him because of his welcoming demure. He was 6'5" and had an amazing personality! He deserves a raise! This gentleman, in my opinion is a special asset to the Jack Kirby Exhibit at the Skirball Center, in Los Angeles. Thank you sir, you are one on a million!”

β€œA truly memorable experience! Noah’s Ark at the Skirball is such a thoughtfully designed and engaging museum. The level of detail throughout the exhibit is incredible,it really brings the story to life. I visited with a friend and her 3-year-old daughter, and we all enjoyed every moment we spent inside. It’s easy to see why there’s a time limit it’s so captivating, you’d want to stay for hours! The staff was great I don’t remember this one guys name I believe it started with the T. He was there this past Saturday 7/12/25 and closed at 4:30”
