Absolutely love climbing here! Everyone is friendly, the space is clean. There are also so many routes to choose from. I'm not very advanced and there are still plenty of routes I can do!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids aged 5 and up who want a gym they can grow into. The dedicated youth and family climbing zones separate younger climbers from advanced terrain. Family membership options make regular visits affordable. Parents can use the yoga studio or fitness floor as kids climb in supervised youth areas.

“Fantastic gym. Great boulder problems, coffee shop, etc. Why the 2 stars then? The front desk are the rudest most stuck up people I have ever encountered in a business. No greeting, no smile, no acknowledgement of our arrival until we called him out. Both guys were texting or something and when I said hi, to sign in, they literally scoffed and acted offended. Actively huffing and puffing through a menial task of a guest waiver and sign in. Rude to me and my wife, when climbing for a day is $26. For such an amazing atmosphere and location, it sucks to have the face of that business be so nasty. I am not a karen, but I expect a certain level of courtesy and respect from any transactional location. Please tell your staff to lighten up and treat people better than they would treat a rabid dog. One exception, the coffee/bar staff was excellent. Only the climbing front desk staff was rude and nasty”

“NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNING!!! This place is NOT for business people early in the morning. Don’t get me wrong…the gym and rock walls are fine and the staff are awesome. The problem is the water issue. If you want to get a good workout or climb in, and plan to use the shower between the hours of 6:30am - 8:30am, you won’t have any hot water. The rest of the building has hot water, but not the gym. The owner has been made aware multiple times, and chooses to do nothing, forcing me to write this review for everyone to see. Please don’t become a member and waste your money if you plan on working out and going to work. Instead, you’ll need to go home and shower. Do better #NorthMassBoulder and fix the problem!!”
