A fairytale experience, read until the end! Niam (our driver) called us to confirm our reservation 15 mins in advance, and when I called him back, he knew my name and FaceTimed us to help us find the meeting point. He was friendly, courteous, entertaining and knowledgeable, but what surprised us the most and left the biggest impression on us was the genuine care and responsibility he took over the area. As soon as we started our ride, there was a woman yelling for someone on the sidewalk. Niam started to call out with her, and I thought he was making fun of her at first. But then he called out to her and asked if she was looking for a boy or a girl. She said boy, and we rode ahead while Niam called for the boy and asked people to stop him and hold him until the woman got to him. It was heartwarming to see the care and responsibility he took over this area where he works and the people there. He said all of the carriage guys know each other, it was special to witness how much they seemed like family to each other. As we rode on he told us so many interesting facts, showed us pictures and took pictures of us, and called out to the other carriage drivers he knew. At the end of our ride he dropped us off and gave us directions to the restaurant we wanted to go to for dinner. We started walking but a couple minutes later, he pulled up to us and offered us a ride to the subway station because he was done for the night and headed that way anyway. So we jumped in for another (free) ride and felt so special when we got to hop out right at the station! He gave us the best experience that I could have never expected, it was such a beautiful way to experience the city πŸ’•

β€œAn Unforgettable Carriage Ride Experience! We had the most amazing horse drawn carriage ride through the park to celebrate our little one's birthday, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Our coachman was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience magical from start to finish. They shared fun and interesting facts throughout the ride, kept a perfect pace, and even took beautiful photos for us to remember the day. The kids were thrilled to feed Bella, the stunning and gentle horse who clearly receives exceptional care. The carriage itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It’s obvious the coachman takes great pride in both their role and their presentation. This was more than just a ride, it was a memory we'll cherish forever. Highly recommend!”
