“We had our twins boys 2nd birthday party here and everything was just as I wanted. The kids had so much fun and the boys did not want to leave. The owner Mary and her staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Very sweet girls who made things go as smooth as possible. Will be visiting regularly.”

“Not sure about which outstanding services all the reviews are raving about, but we had a bad experience. Attended kids birthday. We were the only customers besides other 2 random kids. They didn’t even let us stay 15 minutes after the “party time” was over. I would understand if it would be a weekend or if there was a line by the door. Plus the conversation with the girl on the front was not pleasant nor empathetic in any way”

“Horrible customer service!!!! We hosted a two-hour Non-Private Party 10min before the end, we were told our time was almost up. I asked politely for 15–20 minutes to wrap up, especially since there were no other parties waiting, the facility remained open with no other kids and it was weekday. Instead of being understanding or flexible, the staff spoke to us very strictly and told us that if we stayed even a few minutes past our booking time, we would be charged a high extra fee. The employee stood over us, repeatedly telling children to leave playground immediately. It created a very stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. I barely had the chance to thank our guests or properly end the celebration. This could have been a happy birthday memory, but unfortunately, the rigid attitude and lack of kindness from the staff ruined the experience. Horrible customer service, zero loyalty to customers, so sad, because the space itself is lovely.”

“Worst customer service I’ve experienced at any playground in LA. No communication on their part. And when you ask for something you’re met with attitude and disappointment. Don’t waste your money or time. There are so many better indoor playgrounds to host bdays. And owners and employees who actually know how to speak to customers.”
