The bounce house rooms and equipment were spotless, which made us feel great about our choice. The décor was vibrant and fun, setting the perfect atmosphere for a kids' s party. A special shoutout to the fantastic staff that evening—Richard, Terrell, Abby, Daniel, and Jeniah. They were attentive and made sure that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration. Overall, Pump It Up Great Neck provided an unforgettable birthday experience that my son will cherish. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to host a memorable and enjoyable event!”

“What an amazing bday party. From the start all the way till the end the entire staff at Pump it Up made sure everything was perfect for my sons 5th bday. We didn't have to do anything. “We had our party at Pump It Up and overall it was a good experience with a few standout pros and some areas that could be improved. Pros: • Great containment: Some places feel chaotic or overwhelming, but even with another party going on, it never felt that way here. The space is well-designed so the kids are contained and easy to keep track of. • Add-on options: Lots of upgrade choices, which is a plus if you want to personalize your party. • Food: The catering they use is very good definitely better than the typical party spot food. - Rich was also a pleasure to deal and plan with Cons: • Lack of party guidance: There wasn’t a designated person clearly leading or facilitating our party. It was hard to tell who was responsible for what, and staff didn’t really step in to help guide the flow. • Character upgrade: The biggest disappointment. We paid $70 for a 15-minute character appearance and it wasn’t worth it. The character mostly stood in the corner, didn’t interact with the kids, and even wandered off to play a video game at one point. That part felt like a total waste of money. Overall, the kids had fun, and that’s what matters most. If you want a contained, easy space, it works. I would just rethink the character upgrade.”
