1 / 3Regal North Hollywood
📍 North Hollywood, CA
Modern multiplex on the second floor of the NoHo West complex featuring spacious reclining seats, 4DX and 3D specialty formats, and parking validation available inside the theater.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with school-age kids and teens wanting a premium movie experience. The reclining seats make long films comfortable, and the 4DX format transforms action films into an event. The parking validation system removes one friction point. Toddler-unfriendly by design - reclining pod rows assume seated viewers who stay put.

“This theater is AMAZING. I decided to splurge and take my 14 year old to watch Avatar in 4DX. Parking was easy to find and you can validate your ticket inside the movie theater. The movie was long and I only paid $3 total to park in the structure. The mall is beautiful. Lots of outdoor seating areas and a collection of food and drink options. The theater itself is very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. I will say I've watched movies in 4DX before but nothing this long. I unfortunately got motion sickness so if you plan on seeing Avatar in that format, and are prone to that, you might want to watch it in a regular theater setting.”
