1 / 2Ripley's Believe It or Not!
π Hollywood, CA
Interactive oddities museum featuring hundreds of rare artifacts, hands-on exhibits, and themed sections including Marilyn Monroe memorabilia and movie props. Best for school-age children who enjoy unusual discoveries.
This place exceeded my expectations. We visited this place with families and 3 kids. All of us had a great time here - adults and children alike. They have a lot of fun and interactive displays and areas where kids can play and be themselves. The tallest man and the tribal area were the highlights. The whole museum was enjoyable. Recommended.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with school-age children who enjoy quirky exhibits and interactive experiences. Plan to spend about an hour exploring the displays and expect a smaller venue than other Ripley's locations. Consider pairing with nearby Madame Tussauds for better value, but be prepared for extra costs on some interactive elements.

βA really cool museum that offers some unique perspectives on the world and creativity. Place was smaller than when I was last here 15 years ago but I probably still had my kid glasses on back then. Definitely a good option to pair with Madame Tussaudβs to save some money on entryβ

βMe and my wife have both been to, Ripley's Believe It or Not but not the Hollywood one. After our visit on Saturday 14th February, we would NOT go back. Let me explainβ¦ Entry was around $25 which isnβt too bad, it once inside it was very small attraction that seriously needs to be bigger. Thereβs a few interactive displays which arenβt bad, BUT thereβs a lot of them which you need to pay money for to use. Personally, for $25 entry, these should be free. The displays and what they have inside isnβt bad, some cool photo opportunities and the content overall is cool to see but nothing that makes me urge to come back for another visit or think βI wish I spent more time looking at βxβ display. OVERALL. Save your money. I wouldnβt recommend it unless they can either, A: Have a bigger venue with more attractions. B: The attractions that require you to pay are removed from people having to pay to use them, which is just money grabbing opportunities.β
