“Went there for a chess competition. I wish they could have little bigger places to hand around. Not sure if it was organizer issue or at the center itself they don't have bigger spaces.”

“As first-time guests, we were disappointed by the lack of organization and poor service. We waited by the bench for 30 minutes for skates, but despite the staff knowing we were next, they repeatedly gave returned sizes to others who had just arrived. There is no clear waitlist system, and the young staff members were dismissive and rude when we sought assistance. I strongly suggest implementing a formal queue for equipment to ensure a fair experience. We left feeling disrespected and frustrated by the lack of basic customer service training. Safe to say—we won’t be returning.”
