đ Chandler, AZ
Indoor trampoline facility with two foam pits, dodgeball courts, flying hoops basketball, jousting arena, and a dedicated toddler zone. A four-story play structure and on-site cafe round out the offering.
My whole family, consisting of myself, my wife , also my 3 boys ages 12,10, and 7, my wife and our newborn baby girl have frequented the phoenix location for the last year and a half. We were already in love with the staff and facility at 40th street, however we were feeling like we were starting to outgrow the facility. Luckily we happened to accidentally stumble onto the Rush extreme site and all the enhanced experiences available. If you have not signed up for the monthly family plan, you are missing out on one of the most efficient, low cost memberships, of this caliber, anywhere in the valley. The magic of using our membership on an almost daily basis, is how polite and respectful, the staff has shown towards my family and the little imperfections that become unavoidable when spending so much time in an atmosphere, that incorporates very few strictly enforced rules, opting instead to utilize caring responsible team members, keeping the activities fulfilling and enjoyable using common sense rules and kid gloves. You can almost forget the staff is nearby. Do not take this comment as a permission to violate the rules, only realize that when the parents teach the children to respect common social boundaries, the ability to make this facility work towards creating anexperience tailored to our own personal needs, has been so refreshing and free from punishment and restrictions , that have plagued many of the comparable family fun parks. I give this.comment with an honest and thankful appreciation to Ty, Nick, Nahima and any of the numerous unrecognized faces that always seem to enjoy their responsibilities. So refreshing in the face of so many businesses who have missed the boat on creating a mutually respectful environment for the people that actually set the bar so high with respect towards 100 percent customer satisfaction. If you are tired of the same old experience that takes the joy out of the experience, come enjoy the Rush experience and prepare your families to be impressed. They will not let you down. Absolutely the highest respect and praise for the treatment my family has been blessed with; every single time. Sincerely, Robert D. Smith and family.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with multiple children who visit regularly â the monthly family membership is where the real value lives. Toddlers have a dedicated zone, older kids gravitate to the obstacle course and dodgeball. Staff quality drives the experience; well-staffed sessions with engaged employees are consistently excellent.

âWarning Stay away or just throw the money you were going to spend out the window. It will be more enjoyable. It doesn't get much worse than this place. Let me start by saying I took my family here to have a good time. It had decent reviews so we went. First problem the girl at the register is beyond rude and has horrific customer service. This place is set up to rip you off in every way possible. First problem we had our own brand new grip socks with us. But They made us buy their brand socks for 5 dollars each person. I can understand it if you don't have socks but we did. So we spent another 25 dollars on socks and didn't get to even use them once because the employees refused to let anyone do anything because no one wanted to work the attraction. It genuinely doesn't get much worse than this place. They want to just take your money. But to make money and keep people coming back you must deliver the service they pay for. Our visit was no different than going to the movies paying for a ticket and just sitting in there for a hour and the movie never being provided. We had a 1 hour pass. They only had 1 employee who was some sort of manager one the floor and that one employee stayed with 1 customer almost the entire hour. So my family and many others got to only do 1 thing at this place. Its a complete scam and they know it. There was only roughly 5 family's there when we were and everyone that was there was angry and said they are never coming back. Except of course the one customer doing the sky walk nearly the entire hour with the only employee willing to be on the floor letting someone enjoy this place. The girl at the front refused to do anything but sit there. There was no one to make food for a snack so even that was pointless. This place is only there to collect money from the customer and their enjoyment doesn't matter at all. You can't use anything without a employee opening it and they refuse to. We tried to ask for help or maybe a little more time so that our kids could at least try more than 1 thing. But all we got rude hostile response that said we dont care if you come back and thought leaving a bad review was funny. The employee said It best They Dont Care. Eventually this place will lose everyone if they dont fix this fast! Welcome to the world of no customer service or appreciation. They might have gotten my hundred dollars today. But they will never get it again. And according to the others we talked to Nor will they get the other families that were there either. My advice go somewhere else. There's plenty of competition. Why spend your hard earned money to be treated like trash at Rush Extreme.â
