“Urban Air on Ray Road is absolutely amazing! I brought the kids here and they had the best time ever. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and everything feels really safe and well-organized. There are tons of activities—trampolines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, and more—so no one ever gets bored. The atmosphere is upbeat, the music is fun, and the whole place has great energy. It’s honestly the perfect spot for birthdays, family outings, or just letting the kids burn off some energy. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“Very impressed with this place. With three young kids we are at joints like this all the time but this is probably the best one yet. The activities are fun and accessible for the kids, the place was clean and well run, the food is good, and the employees seem top-notch and well managed. I was particularly impressed with Gabriel at the front desk and how he interacted with the kids and the adults. Here on a Friday after school and it was not crazy busy either. My kids had a blast. Highly recommend.”
