“OMG hands down great place for your children to grow as a gymnast and it's also great if you just want to have a night out without the kids they have open gym all ages Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 to 3:30 and then on Thursdays for ages 5 and over 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or Saturdays from 1:30 to 2:30 and it's $10 for that hour so you may need a hour or to do something without the children that's your time but if you're not enrolled in class it's $35 but the kids night out is the best 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every second Friday boom and on every second Friday they have kids night out from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for $42 and really by the time I get home they're so exhausted you got the whole night to yourself”

“Coach Josh! I cannot say how much we love him! My daughter needs a special kind of support, and he has gone out of his way to make sure she can access the gym like everyone else. She loves gymnastics now (after quitting the first time we tried), and I credit Coach Josh 100%! Coach Gaby works with her now and is also amazing! Thank you for the gift of patience and expertise SDG!”

“My kids love San Diego Gymnastics! The teachers are very nice and always meet the needs of each individual kid. They are increasingly becoming strong, flexible, and are learning new skills which is very good for their physical development.”
