“Bright my family to Santa Fe bowling lanes. The lanes were full so we were added to the waitlist. We ended up getting one lane so the grandkids could at least play. The first lane bumpers didn’t work we were ravaged to another lane. We ordered $130 worth of food and even the food was disappointing. Wings overcooked and pizza wasn’t all the way done. The fries were sitting and not hot. We went to check if we were close to being called to find out we were never added and 2 people were areas of us now. We were finally added to the waitlist and called for our lanes they couldn’t transfer our game over so then I had to get my receipt and show proof that we were on the previous lane. When I returned with the receipt they stated it was transferred and it just terrible service. The manager was not helpful at all. The adults ended up not bowling and just allowed the kids to finish out their game and we left. I actually have never really had too much of a disappointment here. Well the food is usually disappointing but we were trying to have family time.”

“I look up, and down each lane, and I never see anyone having problems with their lanes that we have. I'm not sure if it's just our group, but everytime we come here it's something or the other. We come here twice a week, every single week, and it never fails that there is a problem with our lane. Why????? Was the lane fine before we were assigned to it? Today they rebooted our lanes three times. When that failed, four members of the staff came to our lanes to fix the problem. After about twenty minutes, it was finally fixed. I always disinfect the tables when we come, because they're always so dirty. This towel should not be black after wiping off two tables. (Some bowling alley's in the valley wipe off the tables (without asking) after each session. I think it shows the respect they have for their customers.)”

Overview
With 60 Brunswick-powered lanes, drop-down screens, ADA-accessible concourse, and dedicated lockers, Santa Fe Lanes is one of Las Vegas's largest bowling centers. Keglers Bar & Grill serves pizza, wings, burgers, and fries on-site. Birthday party packages and corporate buyouts are available. Lanes fill up fast on weekends, so expect a waitlist during peak hours. Bumpers can be requested for kids and may not always function — ask staff to verify before play begins.
