Sensory Garden Playground
π Lisle, IL
A large outdoor play space in Lisle featuring racehorse-themed equipment, ziplines, tree house slides, an interactive sound garden, sensory-integrated elements, and wooded walking trails. Universally accessible with ADA-compliant entry.
The best playground in the area and beyond. It's 30min ride from us but it's definitely worth visiting. A lot of different areas offering various plays. The place is great for all ages. A lot of shaded picnic areas and benches. The tree house slides are great to wear off some energy π because it is a walk to go up on the slide again. The swing ride is fantastic and I've never seen it anywhere else. The surrounding trail is also great. There are several stops and stations along the way to stretch different parts of your body. It's an awesome area to spend the day overall
π Family Action Verdict
Best for mixed-age families ready to spend a full day outdoors and willing to make the drive β many visitors travel 30+ minutes and report it as worth the trip. The variety of play zones means different age groups can spread out across the site. Bring sun protection and comfortable shoes.

βI decided to check out this park today and get a short walk in the process. This is a wonderful park for kids with lots of things to see, touch and play with. The trails are nice and except for some areas fenced off due to the recent rains there is a lot of room to run. I'd recommend this park to anyone with kids that needs to burn off some energy.β

βThis playground has something for everyone, in a beautiful, green setting. Itβs one of our favorites! The entrance and the artistic music horse near the parking lot arenβt just nice touches, they also make leaving easier and more fun for little ones who donβt want to go. (βLetβs go play music on the horse!β)"β

βVery large playgrounds. Great play park for babies, toddlers and older kids! You have to walk into a wooded area. Good parking and ADA access to get in. Thereβs a small overhang to block shade, but thatβs about it.β
