“I would have gave 5 stars but here is why they get 4. I had booked a party for my daughter 10th bday! Saturday 7-10pm session. I have a big family, so there was about 25+ of us (kids+adults). We get there and check in with the older lady, get our tickets and go to our tables. Party gets started, having a fantastic time! We get to 10pm. Last song playing, ppl getting there things to leave, rounding up kids, putting skates away, cleaning our area, bring party stuff to the cars, (it’s cold outside so warm the car so the littles aren’t freezing), etc. here comes this black lady who works the concession stand, standing over us, telling us it’s time to go with an attitude cause she ready to wipe tables and go home! Here is my thing, the attitude will get the same energy from me! I paid $730 for this party with no hesitation, I didn’t ask for a breakdown to make sure I was charged correctly, I was happy about the party so no need. But this lady, talking under her breath, making my family feel like we were some issue to her! Here is my suggestion: When parties arrive, pull them in, check them in, and have them sit at their table. ( cause that commotion with parties and regular skaters right at 7, caused y’all to act overwhelmed and it hadn’t been open for 3 minutes) IF you want your patrons out right at 10pm on the dot, then pull skaters at 950-955 so they can get there things and skates put away. I left out at 10:15 and that was because I needed them to know how I felt about that lady. MAKE SURE YOU ARE AT THEIR DOOR READY TO LEAVE AT EXACTLY 10pm even though the last song plays until 10pm! 3 hours- is the party time, some of the staff acted as if they been on the clock for 10 hours and they hate their job! I don’t have names of a couple staff members who were amazing and I thank you for that! Overall, my daughter was happy! I just know the next time I’m there, I know how to handle them! I won’t have another party there, I will come for adult night only”
