1 / 2Sustainable Safari
đ Burnsville, MN
Indoor interactive animal experience at Burnsville's Maplewood Mall with 98-plus species including capybaras, red kangaroos, pygmy goats, African porcupines, and giant rabbits. Most animals can be fed and touched.
Great place to take your family! Very cool selection of animals. Most of them you can feed and pet! Spent about 3hrs wondering through the different animal areas. The kangaroo and capybara experience are worth it! It was great to get with the capybara and hold the baby kangaroo. Great staff. Helpful, knowledge with a great attitude! Both Twin cities locations are great! I would recommend checking it out.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for children aged 2 and up who light up around animals. Hands-on feeding and touching across most enclosures sets it apart from observe-only zoos. The capybara and baby kangaroo add-on experiences are consistently called out as highlights worth booking. Birthday party and field trip packages available.

âThis place is a horrible place for animals, I wanted to go for with my friends and all the animals are overcrowded, the baby kangaroo sits in an unchanged diaper all day, the owner claims they can get outside and not one animal can and they are overcrowded, and he is super combative in the responses because he knows he is in the wrong and a horrible person and animal owner, the people who run this place are for profit who have animals so underfed they fight each other. If you ever want to go to a zoo never go to this place thay abuses animals nonstop and go to the real zoo instead where an animal can move more than 20 feetâ
