“We booked with ICPC for 51 guests and all I can say is WOW! The hospitality of the manger (I wish I got his name), is truly beyond me. We are a Muslim group so he made sure to accommodate space for us to pray. He offered space upstairs (where people typically pay for). We did turn it down as we didn’t want to potentially delay the next group from there party but he gave us some of there table cloths to allow our kids to pray outside. Our kids loved it there. Usually we get so much pushbacks but this guy was ready to figure it out for us. We will DEF tell other mosques to bring there kids here. Thank you for making a hectic day so much smoother.”

“Amazing experience! We hosted a birthday party with around 50 kids and adults, and everything went wonderfully. I really like Sky Zone because it feels much more spacious and far less stressful compared to places like Urban Air. The location is beautiful—set near the forest, it gives very cozy vibes. A special thank-you to Brooke, who was absolutely outstanding and managed a large group of kids like a true professional teacher. The staff and administration were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the event.”

“been here a couple of times now, recently moved from Springfield location to this area. this is is not as large, and it does not have all of the same facilities. that being said, the kids still love it, especially the dodgeball. the only downside with skyzone, is that the memberships are non transferable. I think this is a missed opportunity. I would gladly pay a little extra for that ability.”

“Although this incident occurred in 2017, it has stayed with me because of how uncomfortable & unacceptable the experience was. My two friends & I visited this location & one of the children in our group is autistic. From the moment we entered the foam pit area, the employee working there, Emily, was rude & dismissive. She repeatedly barked instructions at the children without properly explaining the rules & kept giving them dirty looks. When my friend informed Emily that her son is autistic & may NOT fully process verbal instructions, Emily responded with disgust. At one point she replied “What?” in a nasty tone when reminded of his diagnosis. Instead of showing patience or understanding, she continued speaking harshly. When we decided to speak with management, we overheard an employee on a walkie talkie say “they look like they’re going to make a scene.” That comment was inappropriate & alarming. We were advocating for a child with special needs. As a group of Black customers in a predominantly white establishment, the implication & we were going to “make a scene” comment felt biased & unfair. When I spoke with the manager, Keith, he stated that my friend's son should have attended during a designated “Sensory Bounce” session instead of on a Saturday. He mentioned that staff are trained to work with special needs children, he admitted that this had been Emily's & another employee's first weekend working. Keith said they had NOT YET received the proper training needed to work with kids with disabilities. Regardless of tenure, there is absolutely NO excuse for dismissive, hostile, or discriminatory treatment. The situation escalated to the point where my friend was in tears because staff continued to stare at her & her son, while also talking about them. Although this happened years ago, the experience left a lasting impression. 0/10 for this place!”
