1 / 2Sky Zone Trampoline Park
π Sable Ridge, CO
Sky Zone Aurora packs in freestyle jump courts, a foam zone, silks, zip line, and ultimate dodgeball under one roof. Birthday party packages include a private area, host, and supplies.
Absolutely terrible. Management (Apriya) lacked maturity to hold herself or her employee accountable. Discriminated against me, made a statement to resolve the issue at hand and then pulled the resolution back based on very false statements. Then pivoted and tried to gaslight me. Employee who was overseeing entry lacked focus, had to repeat myself multiple times. She was clearly struggling and struggled with the person before me. Took over 15 minutes to get checked in, company has not updated hours with Apple Maps, and employee checking people on provided invalid information for time of closure. Kids were throwing balls on the trampoline one hit my 4 year old and one hit me, another boy had water on the trampolines and was slinging it around, attendants watched as this all happened. Safety hazards galore. Food took over 20 mins after ordering, bathrooms were disgusting. All of this paired with the disrespect and lack of accountability DO NOT RECOMMEND..
π Family Action Verdict
Best for kids aged 5 and up who can handle open trampoline courts. Toddlers and younger children have fewer dedicated zones, so this skews toward school-age jumpers. Birthday party groups benefit most from pre-booked packages. Weekday visits tend to be less crowded than weekends.

βWhen you enter your given an option of a price with with cost of socks or free socks and a month priceβ¦ unfortunately that means your in a contract unknown to the consumer! Donβt go to this location in Aurora they tried false charges when I left and Iβm getting a lawyer!β

βThey make it so hard to cancel a membership. They say you have to cancel online, but none of my numbers work there. I tried calling to cancel with a person or find out what phone number is associated with the charge and they refused to look in their system.β
