Place was super dirty. Bunch of empty cups and other litter on the ground, tables were dirty all over the place. Saw the kids working there foing the best they could but it didn't seem like they had much guidance from management side. We had hood service and our kid liked the worker in the basketball court. Would have been better if it was cleaned up a bit more. I also know that if customers could take 6 seconds and throw away their own trash that would have been a huge improvement.

Best for energetic kids aged 6 and up who want variety across jump, climb, and competitive court attractions. Teens gravitate toward the warped wall and ninja course. Younger children are best supervised closely on the main jump floor. Visit on weekdays for a less crowded experience and more attentive staffing.

“It was not fun at all the people are rude there, their employees are slow they don’t bother to pay attention to you unless told and help others while exactly helping you which is very rude they complain a lot which is funny because the only person who should be complaining is us customers it’s horrible for the first time going I would absolutely not go back it’s just not it!”
