“I’ve had issues twice now where I canceled an account & they keep charging me ! I canceled in October they charged my card then told me they couldn’t refund me gave me a 27$ gift card for there so that was dumb but since then they’ve continued to charge me & I’ve contacted them left messages emails nobody responds & I just called 5 times in a row again no answer .. I’m not sure what to do cuz my bank can’t just stop payment but I want my money they’ve taken & nobkdy can help iys insane !! If anyone who reads this can advise me on the situation please. Do ! Last time I went in person to cancel it they said it was all set & canceled then weeks later BOOM same charge to my debit 27$ … and yesterday same thing.. they just keep stealing my money & Idk what to do”
