We visited with the kids and they had a great time. Parking was easy and convenient. The place isn’t very big, but it’s more than enough for kids to run around and burn off some energy. One thing to note is that the special grip socks are required. If you buy a ticket, the socks need to be purchased separately. However, near the entrance there is also a place where you can pick up socks without paying, so I’m not exactly sure what the difference is. Overall, it’s a fun spot for kids. I would say it’s best suited for children 4 years old and up.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for kids 4+ who need to burn energy, but parents should carefully supervise due to inconsistent staff oversight and safety issues. Visit early on weekends for less crowds, but be prepared for potential cleanliness and maintenance problems that may require extra vigilance.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Special grip socks are required - can be purchased or apparently picked up free near entrance
⏰Go early on weekends to avoid crowds and have more space for younger children
🎟️Be wary of membership sales pitches - staff may not fully explain recurring fees
πŸš—Supervise children closely as staff supervision appears inconsistent

β€œThis Sky Zone gets pretty crowded, especially with multiple parties happening at the same time. One downside is there isn’t a dedicated toddler section, but the layout is fairly open with plenty of trampolines and different games. If you go early on weekends, there’s usually more space for the little ones. Overall, it’s a solid spot to take kids to burn off energy.”

β€œVery disappointing! Two attractions were not open, plus they DO NOT HAVE SILKS despite being listed on the website. This was especially disheartening since we drove an extra 15 minutes past our closest Sky Zone, specifically for the silks. When I asked about it, I was told they haven't been put up in months or more. The staff supervising the attractions were wholly inadequate. Kids well over 4 years old were being let into the toddler zone, and I witnessed a parent needing to intervene when an older boy started playing aggressively with a young girl. Kids were doing cartwheels in the aisles between attractions. And multiple times, a girl was bouncing on a trampoline while holding an icee, and not a single employee ever intervened with the group who brought their drinks into the trampoline area. The trapeze and swing require a stick to assist in grabbing the item, but this metal pool is being wielded by 5 years without supervision, ending in multiple near-misses of someone getting hit in the face. At least one attraction had foam duct tapped back on but had been ripped and torn, exposing the metal bar underneath. When we talked to the staff about any issues we had, we were met with indifference. The one exception was a staff member named Piper. She was actually stopping kids within her area from misusing the attractions. But everyone else was unhelpful at best and negligent at worst.”

β€œI wanted to share some concerns about the cleanliness of the play area. It seems very dirty and messy, with food and dirt on the floors, and it doesn’t appear to be sanitized regularly. My child, and many others, seem to get sick frequently after visiting, including fevers and viruses. I strongly urge that the area be cleaned thoroughly every day, with proper vacuuming, wiping, and sanitizing of all surfaces. This is very important for the health and safety of all the children who visit. It might also help if other parents voice their concerns so this matter gets addressed consistently.”
