“Laser Land in Mission Viejo is incredible! This place is absolutely huge — hands down the biggest laser tag arena I’ve ever been to. I’m honestly shocked I only just discovered it. The space is clean, exciting, and perfect for both kids and adults looking for a fun outing. A big shoutout to Andy, who was amazing and super helpful from start to finish. His great attitude and guidance made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a fun, energetic spot for parties or just a spontaneous game, Laser Land is definitely the place to go!”

“Had a lot of fun in the arena. Was a good time for all ages. They have a few new games that were very enjoyable. The manager was very helpful. Can’t wait to come back!”

“We wanted this experience to be great because we were celebrating a good friend's birthday party. However, we were very disappointed. 1. The place is run down. Two arcade machines were down. 1 was broken (Hot Wheels steering wheel broken). The basketball game was out of service. 2. The bathroom was very smelly and did not have any paper towels. 3. Some arcade games would take your credit when you swipe your cards but they would not start. 4. The manager Andy yelled at our kids and startd to discipline them because they were whispering amongst each other while he was giving the instructions. He even took it upon himself to take my kid to the side and threaten to kick him out and take away his laser tag vest. Those kids were on a birthday party, and they are there to have fun and be rowdy. Andy proceeded to give us excuses that he is losing his voice and he needs everybody to be quiet when he talks. He also told 2 moms to be quiet while he explains. Andy clearly should not work in kids' entertainment as he clearly does not have the patience to deal with little rowdy ones during a birthday party. 5. To the management of the place, please buy Andy a microphone so he doesn't feel that he needs to yell over the kids to be heard.”

“We’ve hosted our boys’ birthday party at this location for the past three years and have always enjoyed the experience. This year, we booked the party for 25 kids and informed the manager that a few additional guests might attend. We were assured that having a couple more would be fine. However, the night before and the day of the event, we received multiple calls from the main office to confirm the final count. When we arrived, the manager told us they only had 25 vests available for the game. Despite this, we were later charged for 30 kids as having played. It was confusing and disappointing, especially since only 25 working vests were available. When we questioned the charge, the manager insisted the count was correct and offered to show the number on their system, which didn’t feel very transparent. Overall, the venue is fun for kids, but our experience with the final billing was frustrating. If you plan to host an event here, I recommend personally tracking your guest count to avoid any unexpected charges.”
