Smith Park Pool (Outdoor)
đ West Town, IL
A 5-lane, 25-yard outdoor pool ranging from 3 to 9 feet deep with ADA lift access, on-site changing rooms, and free admission. Operates seven days a week with family swim and adult swim sessions.
Awesome and laid back. Smith Park Pool is in a great location. It's clean. The staff and the other guests are friendly. (I've never seen crazy, screaming kids. I like kids, but you know what I mean.) It is a great, FREE pool that's perfect for relaxing. Really glad to have found this jewel.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families seeking a free, clean, low-key outdoor pool without the chaos of busier facilities. The calm atmosphere and reliable water quality make it a strong regular destination through summer. The 15-minute whole-area clearance during lifeguard breaks and session length limits are the main operational factors to factor into visit planning.

âFor some reason the water in this pool looks AND feels lighter. I dont know how but that alone is a 5/5 rating. Oh yea and they have rooms to change in, like all pools do.â
