I visited the park right after sunset. It was delightfully quiet, low traffic and offered unique aerial views.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

A good pick for families with young children who want a low-key outdoor play session with a side of local history. The quiet, low-traffic setting suits toddlers and preschoolers especially well. Older kids interested in local history will find the heritage displays engaging.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Read the historical panels around the park with older kids β€” they document the site from the 1800s
⏰Keep distance from the resident raccoon β€” it's wild, not a pet
🎟️Evening visits offer a calm atmosphere and unique aerial city views
