St. Paul Figure Skating Club
π Summit Hill, MN
Founded in 1936, St. Paul Figure Skating Club offers Learn to Skate classes starting at age 3, with skill-level assessments placing each child correctly. Programs span beginner through high-performance tracks.
We signed my son up for learn to skate here. It's very well run with classes covering a wide range of skill levels. The teachers give all students a quick but thorough evaluation to make sure they are in the right level. They are very accommodating and moved my son to an appropriate class with no fuss. The class sizes are small so they receive plenty of instruction.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and young children new to skating β the age-3 entry point and patient coaching style stand out. Older kids with competitive aspirations will find structured pathways toward regional and national-level competition through the high-performance program.

βOur 3 year old son is in his second Learn to Skate program, and is loving it! The coaches and assistants are skilled, sweet, patient, and encouraging--everything we hoped for. St. Paul Figure Skating Club is also one of the only options for kids as young as 3, so we're very thankful for it to be such a great experience. Thank you, SPFSC!β

βThe move to Entryeeze has made management of our club so much easier. It has also helped us with our large program of Learn to Skate participants. We could never have handled the large numbers without Entryeeze.β

Overview
St. Paul Figure Skating Club is one of Minnesota's oldest skating organizations, operating as a 501(c)3 nonprofit since 1936 and a founding member of the Twin City Figure Skating Association. Learn to Skate classes accept children as young as 3 β among the youngest entry points in the region. Coaches conduct individual skill evaluations to place skaters at the right level, and moving between levels is straightforward.
