βI would have given five stars but I just didnβt like the fact that we went on a family night Wednesday night with our kids and was seeming like everything was was overly high. I even showed the Manager Zion/Xion the prices I saw online for the specific day. We paid $6 a piece to get in and that was without skates. So when we then decided to skate along with our kids we were told by the manager Zion/Xion that we had to pay $25 to skate. Which was confusing because if anything we should have just paid the difference and thatβs it. Then the skate helpers were $10 instead of $5 for just 2 hours. Then the way that he approached us when we were trying to get skates coming up to us saying whatβs up? He just seemed to be having a bad evening. This was me and my family first time going here. It is family friendly and a great setting and environment for families and kids. It was just the customer service could have been a little better. Then we sent my daughter to get a skate helper for our niece and he told her that our niece was too tall. So we had to get up because the manager Zion/Xion was acting like he wanted to argue with our 15 year old daughter. He then said that we could just go ahead on and have it. But it was just the service from him everyone else was cool. The young lady at the front counter was the one who even said that why wouldnβt he just let us pay the difference. He needs to do better or just work in the office or on the truck away from people especially with families on family night. So thatβs why I got 3 stars.β

βThis place is absolutely terrible I arrived there with my kids. I purchases tickets they charged my 18 month old. When I said wait your charging the a baby there was nothing they could do. I told them I want a refund I dont want to do business with this establishment. They continued to say no refund the managers wasn't available. They said the would have to escort me off the premises. I didnt get my refund. They gave me the money back for my baby. I will be calling my bank to cancel that transaction..I can't believe they would charge a babyβ
