Full disclosure: I gave this bar a one-star review a couple of years ago. Based on some friends’ recommendations, I decided to give it another shot, and I’m glad I did. Before I ordered, I spoke with the owner, who asked for a fair and honest review. So here it is: The burger presentation is definitely unconventional and takes a little effort to assemble, but once you do, it’s absolutely worth it. It delivers that “perfect bite” you look for in a great burger. It was well-seasoned, cooked perfectly, and served on a bun toasted just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh and balanced everything out really well. The “Johnny Tots” (tater tots topped with Parmesan and served with bacon and nacho cheese dipping sauce) were phenomenal, easily a standout. The atmosphere had a true neighborhood bar feel, where it seemed like everyone knew each other. Even on a busy night, the bartender was fast, efficient, and friendly. I may be a terrible bowler, but I’ll definitely be back for the food and the bar.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

A relaxed, low-key bowling option for families who prefer a smaller, less commercial atmosphere. The renovated space is clean and welcoming for all ages. Best suited for families with kids aged 5 and up. The food makes a longer visit worthwhile — plan to stay for a meal.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

🎟️The kitchen is a genuine draw — the burgers in particular are worth building your visit around
🚗The retro feel and smaller scale make this a quieter alternative to larger commercial alleys in the area
