“Great time at Supercharged! The go karts and arcade were lots of fun! We spent almost four hours there and ate at their restaurant. Leslie our waitress was amazing! She was so attentive, friendly and helpful with our large group! I would definitely recommend!”

“Those who follow me know how honest and fair I always try to be with my reviews. By the way, this spicy mango margarita was a **10/10** it was recommended by the bartender. Many thanks to the gentleman in the photo; it was absolutely delicious. On the other hand, we moved over to the bowling area to play with our group. We were there celebrating one of our friends’ birthdays, and unfortunately we experienced poor service from the waitress who attended us. It may be that she was not going through the best moment in her life; however, the service we received was clearly affected by her actions and attitude. After bringing us the waters, she never returned to the table to check if we needed anything else. She brought the appetizers we ordered and then took a very long time to come back with the main course. When she finally returned, she told us that our food had been given to another table, delivering the message with an unprofessional attitude. She then said she would give us a free pizza — in a way that felt more like “take it or leave it,” showing zero empathy for the mistake and lack of customer care. We chose not to accept the offer and decided to leave the restaurant. Of course, this reflects only the experience we personally had. The place itself is very beautiful, and the bar atmosphere is warm and welcoming. However, poor service can ruin an occasion that was meant to be a pleasant and unforgettable experience.”

“Overall we had a good experience, but there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The go-kart racing was fantastic — really fun and well organized. We had a great time on the track. One tip: buy tickets online. The line for people purchasing tickets on-site was extremely long. The axe throwing area was also interesting, and the food menu there is actually pretty good. The burgers were large, tasty, and reasonably priced. However, a few things brought the experience down. The wooden targets for axe throwing are very worn out and clearly not replaced often, which makes it harder to stick the axes properly. Service was also slow. Even though there were only two of us, we waited about 20 minutes just for a server to come take our order, and the food itself also took quite a while. Because of these issues I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. With a bit better maintenance and faster service this place could easily be a 5-star experience.”

“Supercharged was sooo much fun the kids didn't want to leave. There was something to do for all ages. Axe throwing was exciting however some of the boards can use replacing. However many games and targets to chose from. The Arcade two floors awesome, go Karts exhilarating and frightening at the same time. 😆 little pricey so many may only only be able to go on special occasions but you can spend almost all day there. Try it you will like it.”
