I brought my son for his 16th birthday and he had an amazing time. We opted to do public play for our first visit and I am so glad we did. We had no clue what to expect or just how immersive it would be. There were some people who had been before and gave us pointers about how the games worked. The staff did too. Between each mission they asked us if we understood or had any questions. I think if you have a group of 10 or less you'll enjoy the public game more. That is my opinion. The place is really clean, well designed and rhe games are fun. Dress to sweat. Lastly, my son who has Autism was really excited and a bit talkative. He was treated with kindness. I would say this space is inclusive. The sound level is not too overwhelming and the lighting is low. My son wears headphones to take the edge off of sound and he was content.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with kids aged 10 and up who want an active, immersive indoor experience that goes beyond standard laser tag. Adults play alongside kids and enjoy it equally β€” multiple reviewer parties noted the parents had as much fun as the children.

β€œβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ We went to Tac Ops in Princeton on November 7th with a group of 16, and honestly, it was such a great time. The staff were super friendly and helpful from start to finish β€” they explained everything really well and made sure we knew what to do for each game mode. We even had them come on and play with us !! We did the private 75-minute session, and it was totally worth it. Everyone was sweating, laughing, and having so much fun the whole time. I’ve never seen my friends so serious, like their lives depending on winning . The setup feels like a real-life video game, and it’s awesome for groups β€” definitely not just for kids…!!! We’ll 100% be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for something different to do with friends or coworkers. Big thanks to the staff for making the night so easy and fun!”

β€œThis is a great place! Zach takes care of us here every time we go! You have to run back to a spawn room each time your out which is good cause it means each life matters and no one can just follow you around until you respawn. They have multiple game modes to keep things interesting. They even have some gun upgrades if you want to make things more interesting. We have been here regularly and its been fun each time. For reference our team was 4 adults and 4 kids! Its fun for all ages.”

β€œWe checked this place out through a groupon and loved it! The gentleman who helped us register was very professional and kind. The set up and game play was very unique and fun. Definitely not your typical Lazer tag, way cooler! We will definitely be coming back!!”
