“Go to Topgolf instead!! We came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday on the driving range, but the whole experience felt rushed. There was an older staff member standing behind us looking stressed while on a walkie-talkie constantly talking about bay availability, which made it hard to relax and enjoy our time. It also seemed like the staff was more focused on accommodating a large upcoming party than on customers already using the range. We asked if we could pay to extend our time, but were told they needed 30 minutes to clean and prepare a bay—even though it was already spotless clean. To make matters worse, there was a waitlist with no estimated wait time, and the front desk never mentioned that we’d only have one hour or that we wouldn’t be able to extend our session due to upcoming reservations. So we ended up driving there, spending money, and not even getting to finish our balls. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. The staff seems friendly and hardworking but for guys going to hit balls you’re way better off going to Topgolf or another driving range.”

“Went here to hit the range, got a bay for an hour. Tried to extend the time and they said our bay was reserved and we would have to join a waitlist. No mention of the reservation was made at the time we signed up, and no estimated wait time or number on the waitlist was given. We weren’t able to finish off the balls we got and had to leave them. Feel pretty ripped off 👎🏻”
