The Orlando Eye
π Orlando, FL
The Orlando Eye rises 400 feet at ICON Park on International Drive, offering enclosed capsule rides with panoramic views of Orlando. Ride duration is approximately 20 minutes. A grand carousel operates at ground level.
Great experience in Orlando. We were in orlando for a week and we wanted to try the eye. You can argue that the price is a bit steep but I would imagine it's not cheap to run that thing. The car was spacious and comfortable and the views were amazing. A ride on the eye is highly recommended.
π Family Action Verdict
Works for all ages including toddlers and grandparents β the enclosed capsule design removes height anxiety, and the gentle rotation creates no motion-sickness risk. Night visits particularly impress older children and adults. Daytime visits pair well with the adjacent SEA LIFE Aquarium for a combined outing.

βEven after spending a considerable amount if time in multiple theme parks, there's nothing like riding a huge spinning wheel hundreds of feet into the skyline to put things into prospective. 10 out of 10.β
