So we decided to try some ice skating and decided on this place in Anaheim. The parking area was small but there was street parking; however it was only for 90 minutes which covers the 1.5 time skating. It costs us $16 to skate per person with a $7 additional charge to rent skates. They offer ice walkers for those who want the additional support on the ice instead of falling all the time. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and there were lots of people but not over bearing. The crowd was mostly kids and teenagers with their parent and everyone was relaxed.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with kids aged 5 and up who want structured skating progression or a reliable public session. The learn-to-skate class structure is well-organized with rental included. First-timers benefit from ice walker support.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Check the website schedule before driving β€” public sessions are not available every day
⏰Parking validation is available via kiosk inside the arena β€” use the adjacent garage
🎟️Ice walkers are available for beginners at no extra charge β€” ask at the desk
πŸš—Weekday sessions are less crowded than weekend public skates

β€œWatched a hockey tournament. Enjoyable experience. Place was busy with the open skating on the other rink. Parking garage adjacent to the Rinks. I was able to validate my parking at a kiosk inside the ice arena myself. All in a all great experience. Even the snack bar was a plus. Super cheap.”

β€œI train regularly at this rink. The coaches are amazing and the rink’s ice times are super accessible. The weekends can be a bit crowded but not crazy crowded. I definitely recommend coming during weekdays for a less crowded rink.”

β€œToo packed. Small parking lot. The bathrooms are not clean. Very old and nasty inside.”
