Crazy busy, customer service left a lot to be desired and the lines were just insane. My son and I visited during the week, while school was still in session, and it was still just chaos. It’s also ridiculously overpriced. It was worth at least checking out once, however, we won’t be back.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with kids aged 6 and up who want high-energy indoor attractions in a single venue. Ropes course and zip line suit confident older kids and teens. The scale means long queues during peak resort periods β€” weekday visits are significantly calmer. Check specific attraction inclusions against your pass type before arriving.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Verify which attractions are included in your pass type before arriving β€” some require separate payment
⏰Weekday visits avoid resort-peak crowds significantly

β€œThe website says you can go in the mirror maze with a wrist band but they will not allow you in with a wrist band. Not cool that y'all advertise it being available but when you arrive you have to pay extra for it!”

β€œFrom check in with a lack of customer service and knowledge of what we purchased & how to properly explain how to use it, to a double room with stained towels with hair & clogged bathtubs, to no one greeting us at the bar (B-Lux) for a drink & snacks for awhile, to simply unfriendly staff all over...This was our first time & last time. Not worth the money spent. Our bar was definitely set too high.”
