“I wish this location was closer to us as my son prefers Plainfield over Noblesville. It is more open which allows you to keep an eye on the kids without following them around the whole time. He also likes the bumper cars at this location which spin in circles or upside down.”

“I am a 64 year-old grandfather that had bought a six month subscription for them The kids got bored with it after about two months The upper management staff was extremely rude to me as I did not move fast through the building It is also impossible for older person like myself to keep an eye on the kids the whole time because place is large and they move quickly and I do not, I am also a disabled veteran that I had surgery when I explained this to one of the upper management staff to explain while I was moving slow through the complex there was some Indian fellow who said he was a Manager he was rude unapologetically. Condescending, I found those Sentiment to be true for most of the upper management, We have not returned since the management was so rude We feel like also that the attractions there are not managed well, and it causes a threat to children. The staff is very inexperienced and would not directly watch the kids most of them Was running from attraction to attraction hooking their own harnesses while the staff was talking to each other as in retired firefighter, I believe that eventually this will cause a serious injury there to one of the children attending I do not believe urban air is a safe place to take your children we have not returned. I will eat the money and offer this review in place of it veteran’s must stick together I do not recommend this as a veteran friendly place”
