“Took my two girls and their cousin for a midweek treat. The girls had an awesome time, shout out to Miss Sophia and Diana for providing excellent service with a genuine smile. These girls made my girls night with their wonderful attitude. This location is very clean, and organized. There is a toddler and big kid area, as well as a dance floor, it was all so much fun. Will return for sure.”

“Every time I’ve taken my kids to this place there is always a problem. We filled out the kids waivers prior to going each time for a birthday party. Literally just walk in and tell the staff I’m dropping the kids off for a birthday party and their waivers are filled out. They always turn it into a big fiasco about the waiver. Today, the staff member literally asked me if I was going to sit outside in the grass and wait for my kids to be done with the birthday party and then said your not crossing the gate to get in. Again, I told the staff I was just dropping my kids off and picking them up when the party was over, what’s so hard to understand here. Staff replied “ I don’t know what’s so hard for you (as in me) to understand. At this point I had to get my kids into the birthday party and leave or I was going to make a scene and I didn’t want that to happen. Very unprofessional and will only ever be taking my kids there if one of their friends is having a birthday party.”
