βPrehistoric holds Some are so polished that no amount of chalk will get you to grip onto them Boulders have no grades and completely unclear where to start Mats are hard and do not cover entirety of bouldering area Holds shades are different throughout routes Lots of better gyms aroundβ

βThe website is horrible. I could not find a way to login. I could not find holidayoperating hours yet the climbing team and group meetup were scheduled for th 12/31. I tried to go climbing on New Years eve around 4pm on Wednesday and the place was closed. No sign on the door stating holiday hours and nothing on the website. I tried to call and no recording of the "holiday" hours as well. The climbing is great there but the workout equipment section seems dated. The treadmills work but don't seem to be connected to the internet to take advantage of other features. The climbing walls are great and the staff are cool and has a good vibe with the other patrons but comparing to other facilities as a whole seems, it seems sub-par for the membership fees being doled out. It is the closest gym so what are you gonna do? Hopefully I don't get black-balled with this review because I still like climbing there.β

βEdit: I have been a regular here for 4 years. The last year or so things have changed. The floors no longer get vacuumed. Routes used to be replaced once a month. Lately, the updates are irregular and take much longer, some times more than 2 months. Feels greatly deprioritized after opening the Tyson's gym. Community is still great. Original: I have had great experiences here. I have taken a few skills course here and have learned a lot. The birthday party package is reasonable. The kids really enjoyed it. We became members and have been going a couple times each week. They have a few auto-belays so you can climb without a partner. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This place has a great atmosphere and is a fun way to meet people in the climbing community.β
