“The entire experience was AMAZING! Derek was so patient and helpful, starting with my very 1st email, he explained everything in detail, answered all of my crazy questions and made me feel so comforted. It is very difficult when you are planning an adventure for 20 people, but Derek really made it easy, even though I changed the reservation 3 times. When we arrived for the train ride, we were greeted by a man and woman, who seemed so happy and made us all feel so welcome, they seemed so excited for everyone boarding, The train ride was great, the entertainers were so much fun and Santa & Mrs. Claus talked individually to each child on the train. They made them all feel so special. When the ride was over, I had the the chance to speak more with the man and woman that we met when boarding and they were the nicest people! I encourage everyone to make the train ride part of your holiday festivities ever year, you will love it!”

“The reserved table ticket for the Santa Express Train ride was great! Well organized event. Great for kids with Santa and Mrs. Claus providing great interaction with everyone and giving plenty of photo opportunities! The music was fun and entertaining causing kids and adults to sing along. The train stopped at the Glen Mills station where you could get out and go into the train station that was beautiful and full of antiques from the old rail road. Being a foodie, the food options could have been much better. Minus the food/snacks everything was great!”

“Tickets sell out really fast, so you have to be on top of it, but I absolutely love this experience with my kids. I have two young kids, and this was our second year and they just have so much fun. The staff are all so lovely and kind and I didn’t even know most of them volunteer! It is so simple and innocent and not to sound corny but brings back Christmas spirit. Awesome experience”

“Fantastic experience for anyone! From families to the seasoned railfan, everyone will have something to enjoy here. The volunteer staff here do outstanding work on preserving the railroad history of the great Philadelphia area. If you got the time, you should really come down here for a few hours!”
