“Cute place, if you're considering a birthday party you should know that there is no other outside food allowed besides cake/cupcakes. So, if you have a dairy free or gluten free child, you're out of luck. No exceptions are made for allergies. Also, kids under 5 must be supervised and only one adult per two kids so families of 3 children need to be accompanied by two adults. Areas of opportunity for them but they're open about it so no surprises.”

“I wasn’t originally going to make a review but the things that happened at this store was pretty disappointing and frustrating. I visited xtremecraze a few weekends ago as a group of 4 and we were going to play laser tag. the place is pretty chaotic but most of the staff are friendly, MOST. Zack was doing our lasertag game and his attitude was extremely insolent. he was extremely cocky whenever we asked any questions and we were treated like idiots and it was very disappointing since we were all pretty excited and the game itself was pretty engaging but anytime the staff member running our lasertag (zack) came by us he gave my group rude stares. when we went into the jumphouse, he was there as well and was hovering over my group, making us feel very uncomfortable. i’m not one to overreact, but this guy’s behavior throughout our experience made us all frustrated and uncomfortable. other than that, the pizza was pretty good and the experience was exceptional.”
