1 / 3210th St. Playground
π Queens, NY
Fully renovated in September 2024, this playground features two climbing structures scaled for toddlers and young children, thick safety netting, clean bathrooms, and generous tree shade. Parking is consistently available on weekdays.
School in session and no one in the park but a few seniors. My two year old didn't notice a thing. She had a great time all by herself. The slides are designed with little ones in mind. Three different sizes built so little one can practice climbing stairs. My little one was so impressed she can climb up the stairs and slide down the sliding board or by herself. The safety nets under all of the play toys was nice and thick. The park was equipped with the sprinkler with baby and middle-sized swings. There were nice, clean open bathroom. I'm Looking forward to returning on the weekend as we was there on a Friday morning to see how many kids will be out there and how well do they interact with each other. All in all it's a great place. I think you will enjoy bringing your children there. I give it a five stars.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and children up to around age six. The dual-structure setup lets different developmental stages play at the right challenge level simultaneously. Parents of children over eight should look elsewhere β the equipment is genuinely sized for young kids. Weekday visits offer the quietest experience and reliable parking.

βExciting news for our little adventurersβour local playground has reopened a few weeks now after closure due to storm damage. Itβs been completely gutted and renovated, now sporting a fresh, kid-friendly design primarily geared towards younger tots. While itβs a hit with the little ones, parents of taller kiddos, beware: my 10-year-old managed to bonk his head a few times while exploring. Itβs a great spot for young families to enjoy some outdoor fun!β

βRecently renovated playground. Nice and shady and the playsets aren't just boring looking metal bars. There is one small playset that is appropriate for young toddlers who are learning to climb stairs, and one large one for future rock climbers. This is a wonderful break from the typical.β

βGreat park to bring the little ones! Lots of trees so not too sunny and plenty of seating. Super clean and always find parking on the weekdays. Ice cream man usually swing by.β

Overview
210th St. Playground reopened in September 2024 after complete renovation, replacing aging equipment with two purpose-built structures: a smaller one for toddlers learning to climb stairs, and a larger one for more confident young climbers. Thick safety netting, clean on-site bathrooms, and mature tree shade make it one of the more practical playgrounds in the area. An ice cream truck visits regularly. Equipment is specifically sized for young children, not older kids.
